Rafid Ahmed Saleheen is a prominent entrepreneur based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He comes into the role with vast experience in the migration and recruitment sector. In his previous ventures, he has successfully managed the Qatar Visa Center and was the Private Sector Engagement and Government Liaison Focal for the International Organisation for Migration (IOM). Rafid has made his mark in the recruitment industry with Imperial Resources as a Partner and helped secure significant business development opportunities. He has been at the forefront of their operation and managed to deploy over 6000 migrant workers in different professions across the Globe.

Mr. Saleheen is passionate about the development and welfare of the Bangladeshi Migrant Workers. He has been a persistent advocate for safe, orderly, and regular migration in his role with IOM Bangladesh and has made significant policy contributions, especially in the amendment of the Overseas Employment Act of 2013 and the drafting of the Reintegration and Diaspora Policy of Bangladesh. Rafid’s education in Economics at the University of South Australia has equipped him with the aptitude to identify opportunities in the International Labor market and make meaningful contributions to the development of the recruitment industry.
